Advocating is Key

Dear Daniya,

How ya doin’? I have some advice for you. The best advice I have for you is to speak up. I say this is the best advice because you are always told you have great opinions and good things to say but you don’t speak up. That is enough to prove the few people who heard the amazing things you have to say enjoyed it. Those people felt your message was strong enough to get out to the world. You want to change the world but you have to learn to speak up, not be afraid to speak publicly or speak up for yourself. If you want your voice to be heard, then you have to let people know about it. Yes, It will be hard, frustrating and certainly not easy. Regardless of the hardships, you have to get over those fears by conquering them. After you consistently do that it won’t get easier like most say, there will always be people that want you silenced and don’t want to address the real problems with our world. Being nervous for the first few times is normal, but you have to get over yourself and not be so afraid. The people need a strong voice, someone who can’t be silenced, someone who will continue to lead the world to the better days, where everyone is treated the same, we make time and money for those who actually need it, there’s so much more to it.  Besides, what’s the worst that could happen? You could mess up, yes but a wise person once said “Failure is an important part of your growth, don’t be afraid to fail.” take this quote and think of it anytime you feel nervous, anxious or even frightened to speak up and out to anyone. I assure you and everybody else, you will proceed speaking and advocating for those who can’t, you will be auspicious and never regret a thing.

        Yours Truly,
