It’s a journey to better your mental health and your self-confidence. It takes time. Don’t give up easily.
You have a spark that nobody can take away . You have that energy that makes people love you , the energy that brightens up someone’s day.
Mistakes are a part of life. Embrace them, learn from them, don’t be sad about these small faults that have happened.
If I would have known all the things that I know today I would’ve been a different person when I was younger. This is what I would tell my younger self if I had known what I knew today.
No matter the state of the world, or where you are in life, never lose the value of being willing to put yourself in an uncomfortable situation.
What I want my younger self to know is to stop obsessing so much over someone. More specifically a type of person. A fake person.
I chose this topic because I wanted to tell you about all the achievements you have made.
All the missing work started piling up and the grades falling down. All because of a simple yet dangerous phrase, “I’ll do it next time.”
I’m not here to tell you how to avoid these problems cause what’s the point? They already happened. I’m simply here to tell you how you couldve reacted to these problems.
So if I could go back in the past and tell my younger self some advice it would be to build structure and habits because your building without structure is just bricks and your structure without habits is just a plan.
