Diana Frances Spencer was born on July 1, 1961. She was married to Prince Charles from 1981 until they divorced in 1997. She died in a Paris car accident and died on August 31, 1997. Her death shocked the world, which made many people believe that her death was no accident, and led others to believe that the royal family arranged her death. This essay will state, and provide different reasons why her death led multiple people to believe that the royal family had something to do with her death.
At the time of her death, she was dating Dodi Al Fayed. There have been speculations that the British royal family would not accept an Egyptian Muslim who could eventually become the stepfather of the future King of England. Princess Diana’s ex-butler stated that the Queen informed him she was concerned about Princess Diana’s relationship with Dodi al-Fayed. But he did say that he never asked the Queen if the royal family had been involved in Diana’s death. A news source stated, “Mohamed al-Fayed, owner of luxury London department store Harrods, says his son and Diana were killed by British security services on the orders of the queen’s husband, Prince Philip.”
There are other claims stating that Princess Diana herself believed she would be assassinated in a car crash. Her lawyer stated that Princess Diana had told him that she had been informed that by April 1996, she was going to be in an accident in her car such as brake failure, or there would be efforts made to get rid of her or injure her as to be declared unbalanced. A few days after her death, ABC News published an article stating that “After Princess Diana’s death, the first person Charles called was not the Queen, who was also at Balmoral enjoying the summer holiday with her children and grandchildren, but his longtime mistress, Camilla Parker Bowles. As she had done so many times over the years, Camilla reassured Charles that all would be fine.” Also, a few months before the incident, Princess Diana wrote a letter saying, “I am sitting here at my desk today in October, longing for someone to hug me and encourage me to keep strong and hold my head high. This particular phase in my life is the most dangerous. My husband is planning an accident in my car, brake failure, and serious head injury to make the path clear for Charles to marry.”
In summary, there have been a lot of conspiracies around Princess Diana’s death, and who was involved in it. I believe that Princess Diana was murdered by the royal family because of all the evidence pointing toward them. Lastly, I want to know what YOU think happened.
