Some people believe that JFK’s assassination was just a regular assasination but I’m going to convince you why this isn’t true at all. When I say regular assassination I mean that he was killed off of someone’s personal hate or opinion of him or they could simply just not like him at all and wanted him to die. I’m going to start at the beginning for the people that don’t know how it all started. It all started on Friday,November 22, 1963, John F. Kennedy, the 35th president of the United States, was assassinated while riding in a presidential motorcade through Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas. Kennedy was in the vehicle with his wife, Jacqueline, Texas Governor John Connally, and Connally’s wife, Nellie, when he was fatally shot from the nearby Texas School Book Depository by former U.S. Marine Lee Harvey Oswald. The motorcade was rushed to Parkland Memorial Hospital, where Kennedy was pronounced dead about 30 minutes after the shooting.
This is where the conspiracy gets good. Around 70 minutes after Kennedy and Connally were shot, Oswald was arrested by the Dallas Police Department and charged under Texas state law with the murders of Kennedy and Dallas policeman J. D. Tippit. At 11:21 a.m. on November 24, 1963, as live television cameras covered Oswald being moved through the basement of Dallas Police Headquarters, he was fatally shot by Dallas nightclub operator Jack Ruby. Then boom conspiracy’s started flowing that it was a set up and the CIA set up Oswald to kill kennedy because he was trying to cut taxes and increase minimum wage.Others believe the government set up the CIA to go after kennedy because the government didn’t like what he was doing. And they had to make sure he was stopped before that law would be passed through.
There were a lot of things going on and a lot of conspiracy’s being thrown out there that it could have been anyone, the Government,CIA,Mafia, the Vice president they were just throwing anything out there.Even JFK’s brother Robert F Kennedy was starting to question his brothers death he spent hours perhaps days phoning people to ask whether there had been a conspiracy, until he realized that his inquiries could damage his own career. To this day, about 60 percent of Americans believe that Kennedy fell victim to a conspiracy. After a 10 month investigation the warren commision believed that Oswald assassinated Kennedy, that Oswald acted entirely alone, and that Ruby acted alone in killing Oswald. But even more evidence came In December 1978, the House Select Committee Assassination (HSCA) had prepared a draft of its final report, concluding that Lee Harvey Oswald had acted alone in the assassination. However, after evidence from a device called a Dictabelt which officers carry on them kinda like mini microphones. Which was where the recording was and when the recording was made available, the HSCA quickly reversed its conclusion and declared that there was a second gunman who had three or four shots that were heard in the recording. The next thing you know the government came in out of nowhere. And took over the whole operation and no one really knows why they took over. Some believe that there was something in that recording they did not want to get out to the public so they took the evidence before anyone could get a hold of it.
If President Kennedy was killed just because of hate then why did the government have to get involved why couldn’t the CIA or FBI handle it. I don’t believe that this was the case. I believe this had something to do with the changes that were getting made and the government didn’t like that. The changes that were going to be made were going to impact a lot of people’s lives back then. The minimum wage at the moment was $1.15 an hour and that was a lot but not a lot because things were less expensive at the time than it is now. At the time the government wanted to also keep the wealthy, wealthy and the poor, poor. He was also on his way to becoming a great president. He was becoming a magnetic figure even during his presidency. By the middle of 1963, 59 percent of Americans surveyed claimed that they had voted for him in 1960, although only 49.7 percent of voters had actually done so. After his death, his landslide grew to 65 percent. In Gallup’s public-opinion polls, he consistently has the highest approval rating of any president since Franklin D. Roosevelt. The circumstances of Kennedy’s turned him into a national obsession.
In conclusion I believe everything isn’t out and the government is keeping evidence from us. I hope one day we can get answers on why all of this happened. Also was there a reason why he was killed. I feel that one day everything is going to come to light and truth would be revealed.Of the real reason that JFK was killed and answers to many other conspiracy theories.
