Have you ever been angry to the point that you had no hope on how to fix it and could just scream at the top of your lungs? Well, that’s what I am going to talk about how we all humans get mad but there is a solution to that problem. Everyone gets mad sometimes, and that’s totally normal. But it’s not okay to stay angry because it will eventually hurt you on the inside and on the outside you’ll be miserable. This is how it can hurt you on the outside, let’s just say you’re talking to your friends and they suddenly make a joke about you or say something that you didn’t really like and you get angry at them and start to scream at them or maybe even argue with your friend and get angry. This hurts you on the outside because you are now taking emotion into action and that can only hurt you but others around you. Anger will hurt you inside because you will always feel angry and never happy around your friends or family. You’ll have this grudge all the time and people won’t wanna hangout with you because of the angry energy and vibes you bring and that will eventually hurt you and will make people think bad about you. A lot of people get angry especially kids and teens and the reason might be because they don’t feel heard or respected. When someone tells you to get over it or laughs at what you’re going through or mocks you it only makes things worse. That’s why you never wanna let anybody control your emotions, choose to be happy all the time. That’s why it’s important to talk to someone about your problems because you never know if they are going through the same thing and they might understand what you’re going through as well. I believe if we are taught how to communicate your emotions better at a young age we can know how to talk to others about a problem and if we can treat others with respect, we can stop anger from building up inside of us and help people feel understood. People also need to learn to talk to others when they need it and to not just brush it off like nothing happened because in the long term you’re never gonna be able to express your emotions or even talk about how your feeling that why it’s better we teach young kids and even teens how to communicate their emotions and their problems better. Ways that people can talk to others about their problems with anger is maybe going to therapy and talking about how you feel angry all the time or talking to you’re parents about it as well as guardians. They can also talk to a friend if they feel comfortable with them. Ways that other people can communicate and talk to others about their angry feelings are that they can ask a teacher or even a counselor for feedback or advice in having and controlling anger. You can also ask if they have gone through the same exact thing, or that stage in life where it was all anger and what and how did they fix that anger over time.
